What is “Painting from the heart”?
It’s an introduction into the intuitive painting process aimed to strengthen and trust your connection with the creative source, help you pursue your creativity with more confidence and passion.
“Painting from the heart” is a journey through experimentation to balance, joy, peace. It will use brushes, paints, paper and a glorious array of what are called “mixed media” materials. These start with corks, tissue paper, kitchen foil and finishing with bubble wrap paper, beads, credit cards, lace, glitter, lots of glitter and much much more. The results can be amazingly interesting …..but enjoying experimentation is the primary object.
“Painting from the heart” is a relaxing, fun journey that teaches us to free ourselves from the weight of perfection in whatever form it manifests itself in our lives, a journey that encourages us to experiment more, to welcome different ways of doing things, to enjoy change and through this creative journey to become supporters of innovation and learning.
Who is “Painting from the heart” for?
It is for everybody who wants to experiment with expressing oneself creatively. It does not matter whether you’ve been painting for years, or for a few months or if it will be your first dance with the paints and brushes. Experimentation by definition is new to us all! Are you ready for an adventure? Are you ready to free your creative spirit?
